Summary

I designed and developed this self-paced course using the Backwards Design model. If interested, you may view my Planning Chart.

The “Try It” sections at the end of each lesson incorporate a Constructivist approach to learning. Additionally, in keeping with Universal Design for Learning (UDL) guidelines, I provided different ways for students to consume learning materials and express their knowledge and understanding of each topic.

Lastly, to create a sense of community and collaboration, I embedded Google Forms and Sheets on the “Share Your Insights” pages to enable participant contribution of tips, techniques, and resources.
